A private screening review before the movie hits theatre July 15th 2022

Mrs. Harris Goes To Paris The Movie derived from the book itself published in 1958. The story revolves around Mrs. Harris Ada, a widowed cleaning women so obsessed with her patron’s wife couture wardrobe, that she swear to do nothing but travels to Paris and get one for herself. And yes, the couture house is none other than House of Dior. The Movie was filled with twist and tragedy, funny, quirky, and many Ha-Ha moments.

Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris hit theatre July 15th, 2022

Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris is an upcoming historical comedy-drama film directed and produced by Anthony Fabian, from a screenplay he co-wrote with Carroll Cartwright, Keith Thompson, and Olivia Hetreed. It is the third film adaptation of the 1958 novel Mrs. ‘Arris Goes to Paris by Paul Gallico. The film stars Lesley Manville, Isabelle Huppert, Lambert Wilson, Alba Baptista, Lucas Bravo, Ellen Thomas, Rose Williams, and Jason Isaacs.

What exceptionally stood out in the movie is the gut she had to completely and utterly assert her discontent and admiration when she needed to.

Conclusively, we are allowed to dream a little, and we should do everything in our power to make those dreams come true, just like Mrs. Harris.

Leslie Ann Manville is a phenomenal actor, and she played Mrs. Harris with such abandon you would think that it was her personal story. Well, as she should! We have not been familiar with her until now, and sure will continue to watch her movies. A must watch!

Private Screening invitation made possible by The Fashion Institute of South Florida.
