ho ho! Laughs. You heard Right! You can set up accessibility to swipe/tap on any app in your phone to be controlled by your voice.

Hello everyone and happy new year! On today’s topic we are discussing touch-less swiping (for those of us continuously on our phone hehe). Let’s not waist any time and jump right into it!

Tik Tok, Shorts, & Reels Swipe Gone!

We don’t mean they are removing the feature, but you can! You simply need to do a few tricks in your setting and voila. If you own an iPhone here is how you can get this done.

In your Settings:

Select “Accessibility”

Tap “Voice Control”

“Customize Commands”

Tap “Custom”

“Create New Command”

Name, then tap “Action”

Tap “Run Custom Gesture”

Draw your gesture, then tap “Save”

Go back and tap “Application”

Choose the app to apply gesture to

And Ta-Da! You have set up your first voice control command!

Remember to go back and add more gestures, such as back-Swipe down. Remember, in some apps, the gestures varies. Some are swipe up and down, others are swipe left and right (uh-hum tinder), or tap left/right for IG Stories. So test them out.

But what about Samsung Galaxy Phones?

Don’t Fret! You have Samsung Voice Assistant and/or Bixby built into your phone. You just need to wake them up by saying “Hey Samsung” or “Hey Bixby,” and then go to the setting and access the voice command area.

Have fun!
