It’s not just a barber shop, It is an experience!

Just on the left side, southbound 2nd ave Miami Shores lies the most stylish barbershop you can think of: “The Barber Room.” Its murals are loaded with imagery in black and white, and the chairs where you get your cut is made from an old car-like seat welded to perfection. As if the barber couldn’t get any manlier, haha. The ambiance has a mixture of farm meets newsroom, with the west mural loaded with direct-to-wall screen prints.

Even though you expect to see men and young gents getting pampered inside, you would be surprised to find me in there not too long ago to get a fade since my big chop! (Yea, I did it again!) in my Britney’s voice. And I am blonde now too. Haha.

I was a little skeptical walking in, but the barber there was polite and faded my short curls to perfection. If you need to get a cut, or simply go for the ambiance and chat with the hotties in there, walk in! They are located in 9721 NE 2nd Avenue Miami Shores, FL 33138.
